With the holidays behind us and the New Year in full swing, it’s only natural that most of us start thinking about the changes we’d like to make – in our lives, our bodies, maybe even our careers. At Lifeway, we’d like to change the way you think about changing. Rather than obsessing over an ideal weight, or making fitting into a certain clothing size your goal for the year, we’d like to see you resolve to feel better this year.
