Pom-Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:Directions:
8oz Lifeway Nonfat Plain Kefir
1/2 Fresh Mango
Splash of Pomegranate Juice
Egg White Protein (Strawberry Flavor)
Dice mango and put in blender.
Add Lifeway Nonfat Plain Kefir until it’s just over the 8oz mark on your blender. Add in a splash of pomegranate juice (to your taste). Add in a scoop of strawberry flavored egg white protein powder. Blend and serve.
Enjoy a happy tummy and a day full of healthy energy!
