4 tbsp Lifeway Organic Lowfat
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp avocado
1 and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp chick peas (the canned variety works well - rinse and drain them first)
2 and 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate until use. Use or freeze within a day.
