Breakfast Baked Eggs

Serves 3
Ingredients:Directions:
12 egg whites
2 tbsp Lifeway Greek Style Kefir
1 tsp fresh chives
1 tsp fresh dill
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of black pepper
6 tbsp Lifeway White Cheese
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Prepare casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour egg whites and Lifeway Greek Style Kefir into casserole dish; sprinkle with chives, dill, sea salt, and pepper. Set casseroles in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan; place on an oven rack. Pour hot water around casseroles in pan to a depth of 1-inch.
Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle Lifeway White Cheese on top of eggs. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until eggs are cooked and cheese is melted.
